LadyGaga is offering a 500-thousand dollar reward for the return of her dogs. TMZ reports she is offering the reward with no questions asked. This comes after a thief shot the singer's dog walker and stole two of her French Bulldogs last night in Hollywood. The dog walker is expected to recover. Lady Gaga is in Guarded Condition.
