The Chabolla Community Center in Galt is open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Specialists at the recovery center can clarify information people received from FEMA or other agencies. If you just need to apply for federal disaster assistance, you don't have to go to the recovery center in-person. Applications can also be made online or by phone.
