It's over for Clare Crawley and Dale Moss.
After finding love during Crawley's season of The Bachelorette earlier this year, Moss got down one knee and asked Crawley to marry him. The pair left the show mid-way through the season to find their happily ever after. Unfortunately, the pair reportedly called in quits just five months later.
“Clare and Dale did not agree on a lot of things in the long run when they sat down and really discussed the future of their relationship. They had been fighting a lot as of late,” a source told Us Weekly of the split. “Clare started many of the arguments, and Dale would try not to rock the boat too much, but it all became too much for the both of them. They finally realized that perhaps they did move too quickly after all.”
Crawley is reportedly struggling in the wake of her breakup. “She really fell hard for Dale and saw a future with him,” another insider told the outlet. "To have this all blow up in her face has been really difficult. The breakup was hard for the both of them at the end.” The relationship reportedly “became really messy” towards the end, according to the source, and Crawley is “not holding up well" now that it's over.
While Crawley has not commented publicly on the split, Moss posted a statement to his Instagram account. "This is the healthiest decision for both of us at this time," Moss wote. "We strongly believe in leading with love and always remaining true to oneself—something our families have taught and instilled in us throughout our lives. We only hope the best things for one another."
