Public Health vs Local Economy, Sacramento Mayor Talks COVID Restrictions

Small business owners and restaurant owners are preparing for a complete shutdown again here in Sacramento amid surging coronavirus cases throughout the region. In the meantime, Mayor Darrell Steinberg said he hopes county and state officials don't have to implement stronger COVID-19 restrictions, but he believes public health comes first.
